Kudos again this year to the cheerful service provided by "A Step Up Window Cleaning" for my annual gutter cleaning. Blake met me at the door with a smile and did an outstanding job! My locust tree at the front of the house drops thousands of leaves and branches directly into my gutters when fall arrives. Thankfully they have been removed and I'm ready for the spring rains... once we get through the upcoming MN winter.

Landon and Oliver did a fantastic job of washing our very old french pane windows and old storms which can be frustrating. They were very patient dealing with tricky windows. We were impressed with their great attitude and professionalism, and the results are beautifully clean windows. For 30 years we've cleaned the first floor windows on our own with mixed results. Some of the 2nd floor windows have never been cleaned. Wow...what a difference. We will definitely call them again. Also, a shout out to Jessica, who handled our calls and got our job scheduled.

Rob just finished cleaning our gutters. Very friendly and efficient. Our gutters were very clogged, with tree saplings in one section. He did a really great job and also made sure downspouts were clear. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Service performed on Oct. 18, 2024. Very pleased with house wash, windows exterior/interior, screens. Service technician, Julio, arrived on-time, made sure everything was cleaned to my expectations. Julio explained the process and communicated status with me during the work and final review. Julio was very polite, friendly and great personality. Hunter did a fantastic job washing the exterior of our home as well as interior/exterior windows. He was courteous, professional and on time. Had Step Up wash my outside windows in the spring so when my siding and gutters needed deep cleaning, I called them again.Nick walked the property with me before and after the soft wash of siding and window washing. All looked good. Love how the water just sheets off nicely without any streaks or spots. I will definitely be using them again.
