About US: Meet the Shea Family
My wife and I started our business in 1999. Of course starting out this was not full time, and starting a business on our own at the age of 20 came with a serious learning curve. We have always cherished the Northwest Arkansas community, which has been influential in our company succeeding.
Learning as much as possible about our industry has always been a top priority of ours. This has been passed down to our team to provide the best service to our customers. Nick and his coworker were exceptional, and thorough. I would hands down recommend A Step Up. They scheduled us quickly and on the day we wanted, and we wanted to add on some ladt minute services, which they did with no problems. Very professional, friendly, afforable, and an awesome. We had a great experience with window washing. The office staff and techs (Brady and Coleman) were cheerful and helpful. Our windows literally sparkled when they were done. This company did an outstanding job with our window cleaning service. We had both our inside and outside windows cleaned. The team was on time, and extremely careful with the cleaning process on our inside windows, which we had had bad luck with another company in the past. A Step Up Window Cleaning did a phenomenal job installing exterior Christmas lights on our home. They lined the entire front roofline with LED lights in our choice of color. They also custom fit the barrel arched windows. It looks fantastic! They were polite, timely and responsive. They even came back to repair the burned out lights.
