My wife and I started our business in 1999. Of course starting out this was not full time, and starting a business on our own at the age of 20 came with a serious learning curve. We have always cherished the Northwest Arkansas community, which has been influential in our company succeeding.
Learning as much as possible about our industry has always been a top priority of ours. This has been passed down to our team to provide the best service to our customers. Jake did a great job cleaning my windows, inside and out. He is personable, asks questions and checks his work. He fixes any smudges on the outside when he cleans the insides. This past spring he washed the outside of my house in the cold and rain. Even though it was raining, the siding looked great when I checked it out the next day.

As the many times before, the results were terrific! Our windows look wonderful, absolutely perfect! We’ve never had the house washed before and we are thrilled with the result. A Step Up was a wonderful company to work with for the exterior cleaning of our home. We hired them for exterior soft wash, windows, patio and the front sidewalk. The finished product was fantastic. What a difference looking out clean windows. The employee who worked at our home was professional, through, and was polite. I highly recommend A Step Up.

I’ve used this company before for my exterior windows and have always been happy with their service! Since I skipped my spring cleaning, my windows were extra dirty, and I wanted them sparkling before winter. Sam from A Step Up was great — polite, friendly, professional, and was very efficient. My windows look amazing! I’ll definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them.

This was our second year having Step Up Window Cleaning. Last year they did an amazing job power washing our home and our windows. We had them again this year to wash inside and outside our windows. Blake did an amazing job and was very considerate! Great young man! We will have Step Up Window Cleaning back next spring and fall!

They arrived on time with smiles and very courteous. They set a plan and got to work. One cleaned the outside while the other started on the inside. They gave me the chance to do an inspect and re-did what was missed, if anything. I will plan to work with Trevor and Sam again in the future. The reason to get window cleaning was for the 2nd story and now they look streak free and clean!!
