Just had my gutters cleaned by A Step Up and am VERY pleased. Scheduling was easy, they were very communicative. They even sent pictures of the final result when they were finished. I will absolutely be coming back for more exterior cleaning services.

Jake did such an awesome job! My windows and house look so much better, it's like night and day. He was also very friendly and happy to help. He was able to get started before I got home from work, which was very helpful and helped me remove and replace my screens. Their customer service is also really good. They are quick to respond, friendly, and professional. I also can't believe how good the price was. I got 2 other quotes, one was about 200$ more and the other was at least 300$ more. For the same exact services.. I highly recommend A Step Up and will be hiring them regularly.

A friend referred us to Step Up, needed the siding and windows cleaned on our home. The online quote worked great, we did ask for additional info if we wanted the deck done too, or a patio. There was no pressure to add it. When we booked the job the communication leading up to it was great, about what we needed to do to prep for it, what to expect, all clear and to the point. When Zach came to our home he was on time and ready to go. He did a great job, walked around the house with me, making sure I was satisfied with his work, and I was. House, windows and gutters looked so good when he was done. Would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from Brady at “A Step Up”. This technology of using filtered water is one with which we are familiar since we had it done in our AZ home.Not only was Brady careful & conscientious, but I know that windows cleaned this way will STAY CLEAN longer than the detergent-squeegee method. Also, our gardens aren’t in any danger of detergent run-off. Highly recommend.
