I would highly recommend this company! We are completely satisfied with the company’s professionalism from beginning to end. A gentleman named Won came to our house and assessed our needs. He did not try to persuade us to do more than what was necessary.Before the day of the cleaning we received a couple updates indicating exactly what we needed to do to make the procedure go smoothly.On the day of the procedure Nick, the technician, was also very professional and courteous. He spent several hours meticulously cleaning the all the windows and screens, cleaning our deck and the patio below the deck and lastly cleaning the exterior of our home.We are very appreciative of “A Step Up Window Cleaning.”
