With Memorial Day weekend marking the unofficial start of summer, Rogers Aquatics Center reopened this week. This public water park is the premier outdoor municipal aquatic venue for Northwest Arkansas.

1. Lazy River

3. Lap Pool
Due to the pandemic, Rogers Aquatics Center will not be offering swim lessons, rentals, birthday parties, or lap swimming this season. However, the park will still be open for fun in the sun during public swim hours.

4. Children’s Pool
The children’s pool is a splashy, playful waterpark attraction that is sure to entertain kids of all ages. The facility also has a tot pool with a play structure, slides, and a splash pad.
With hot, sunny weather approaching, the staff at Rogers Aquatics Center are prepared for a busy weekend. They have protocols in place to prevent dehydration and other heat-related side effects. Lifeguards are encouraged to hydrate by jumping into the water and taking breaks between shifts.
5. Spray Pad
The spray pad is a fun addition to the pool and a great way for kids to cool off. The waterpark staff knows how hot it can be in Northwest Arkansas and has protocols in place to help keep guests safe and hydrated.

7. Lap Swim

8. Park After Dark
After dark, you can enjoy the water park even more. This Rogers attraction is open daily from 12 pm to 6 pm. It will continue to follow social distancing guidelines and limit admissions to 500 guests at a time. Lounge chairs and pavilions are available for seating, and prepackaged concessions will be offered.
